Full stay will be charged if cancelled within 21 days of arrival for small cabins, 45 days for Westwind
$50.00 - $100.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations (All cancellation must be sent to cabins4@peoplepc.com with a read receipt request showing it has been received for the cancellation to be valid, NO PHONE CALLS)

Phones are for local, calling card or collect calls only
No smoking in the cabin
Taxes not included
Deposit of $50-$100 due at time of booking, balance due 21-45 days prior to arrival (Westwind and holidays are 45 days)
